Will... everyone has already seen your arguements, many people agreed with your overall message, but you are taking things to an extreme personal level. You are working very hard in this thread to convince people that they shouldn't like Lars based on what.. a business decision people didn't like? Those kinds of things aren't going to change people's opinions on someone they have known and done business with for years... especially in favor of someone who has turned what was once a good point into a dead horse and beat it into a messy pulp of hamburger.
