I haven't got all the sites conforming yet but our top delivery platform is to have a page with an embedded streaming FLV with links to download WMV high and WMV low and then an IPOD MP4 link. I'll also do 2mb WMV low clips if I think we have enough slow speed users. The big thing with the FLV embed is that it streams in fairly quickly and people seem to use it to preview a clip and then d/l the WMV if they really like it. I've got a whole tip on that blog for video settings and the software that's being used, etc...
