either kids know or they dont know. The legal age for sex is 16 in most states, that means a 16 knows if the should have sex or not. If a 11 year old is chared with that, that means they KNEW it was wrong, meaning they know that sex at that age is wrong or right, meaning the age a person says they should have sex lowers to 11. Should that happen? NO A person knows or doesnt know. It is really that simple. When does this stop?
