You contact the authorities. Not hard to think about and it has nothing to do with competitor or not. It has to do with taking advantage of underage people which what most people in this industry stand for.
It's people like that guy who give the rest of us a bad name because they only care about money.
People are people and no matter what no one underage should be taken advantage of.
