Every once in a while i'll wake up with my whole arm completely numb from the shoulder down.
This is definitely from sleeping in a strange position on it though.
I'll be getting up to piss and i'll literally have to carry one arm with the other.

Jerk yourself off with the numb hand.. it feels like someone else ;)
