Been down the legal road on this issue. She was 18 when we shot and she approuched us... not the other way around. No documents were signed or content shot till she was legal. Got all the docs. to back it up.

Discussion is not illegal... acting on the discussion before the age of 18 is illegal. That will hold up anywhere. More then prepared to defend that for sure.
