Hi rotowa85,
I'm currently using xfreehosting though am about to move over to a paid host. So far I've been with them for a few months, and they've been reliable. I was only using them while I built up my site, a key problem is they have a hardcore banner, and I have a non nude site. They allow photos, html, css, but not videos, PHP or even text files...this prevented me from using a sitemap for google.
Overall though I can't complain, once I've got everything in place on the new hosting, I'll leave a banner farm or something similar on the free hosting.
