It is well known that Israel/Mossad funds rival groups within the Palestinian resistance to cause internal turbulence and thus decrease attacks on Israel, so I'm not sure whats racist about it since it is a mere strategic move. And for me to assess this as a good move is again not racist, it's just an ability to take a rational stance on an emotional issue, could be compared to being able to say that 9/11 was executed very well without being a terrorist supporter.
