I am VERY new to this whole this and want to try to meet/find someone that is will interested in investing some time in getting a nice design done for my brand new site, that can flow my site traffic

Honestly i'm not really 100% how this whole process works so this person would have to also be a little patient with me =)

I understand that there will most likely be a percentage cut for members that join and i'm also not really sure how that all works, but i'm open to learning and getting my site out there. Any help is greatly appreciated!
