I wouldn't worry about it, they won't get type in so any traffic to them would not of been yours in the first place. And it will get you more traffic for free actually.
But it's called cyber squatting and is mostly pointless unless he gets listed higher in the se's then you. Which since your site is older and a .com your solid.
