Uh, no. Bank's databases are so large and complex is virtually impossible for them to do major upgrades in database storage and mainframe outline. I've been a programmer for far too many years. Buddies of mine here in the states and over seas do coding for banks. I hear stories of their dBase days and outdated debugging and obsolete programming languages. You'd be surprised at what some of the largest banks depend on, lol.

Plus they are attacked almost daily. They only release that information if forced too. Like StuartD said...
