Oh, I'm NOT against the 'dot bank' at all. I'm just pissed that governments and cooperation's continue to "protect" people with bullshit schemes and brick walls with holes in them. Instead of just educating people. They've been trying to step up for awhile now but are seriously lacking. If they spend one commerical's worth of funding into informing and actually helping solving the issues. They wouldn't need to keep coming up with band-aid solutions every 6 months.
