Anybody that thinks Schumy won't take the championship (barring a major accident) is crazy and has never really followed the sport.
They could race with the 2002 car and still win, it really is just that damn good. If you've had a chance to see it on the track, you'd know how stable it is coming out of a corner, which is something it used to suck at just 2 years ago. The ferrari car right now is the best. It won't be beaten this year.
The real battle is the next 3-5 spots on the constructor's championship.
Williams or McLaren. My money's on Ron Dennis' crew to take the 2nd place. I think/hope Coulthard will have a solid season, and Raikonnen is really that damn good. Cool under pressure and can be aggressive when he needs it.
I'm a huge fan of JP Montoya, but I don't have faith in the car.
Sauber... man... They are the new Jordan. They're always "close" to join the top 3 pack, but always falter. The new Petronas engine should be enough to give them some points to claim 4th position.
5th will go to Renault, there was some good results at the end of last season
6th will be Toyota
7th Bar (with Honda leaving Cart and dropping Jordan, they should have the manpower to get a better engine out there)
8th Jordan
And to make an upset, I'll say Minardi will have more points than Jaguar. Jaguar finishes last.
anybody else gonna miss Spa-Francorchamp? I will, man to see the guys go down Au Rouge, sad to know that track is off the list this season.
