Dude, I spent a long time in the service industry as a Bartender, and a Limo Driver. I have a hard time not tipping because I know how bad it is sometimes and people don't really give a shit, because they will never see you again.
But here is my humble opinion after 15 years in that business.
FUCK HER! She fuckin' sucked! She was a bitch! She broke all of the rules of etiquette!
She put her fucking coat on, after she rushed you to pay!
Fuck that bitch...I wouldn't have given her shit! I will give a new waitress that fucks up, but is trying , 20% and up...a bitch like that, don't deserve shit.
