We're not all ccbill. We also have our own affiliate program that runs seperate to that for people that want to pick up the extra money on the declines to a secondary processor.
The number one reason somebody isn't getting paid is a mail fowarding problem (changed addresses, incorrect address, etc), followed by setting a higher payout, and finally followed by fraud.
