thats an interesting idea. however, i am sure thats not the first time that idea has been put fourth here in las vegas. a stolen sticker seems like such an obvious explaination. i will go to the dmv to get a copy of my already valid registration and also acquire stickers for my plates. before hand, i will attempt to remove a sticker from someone else plate to see how firm the glue is and see whether or not if it leaves a ghost mark on the plate. then i will have a better gauge if the stolen sticker story has potential.
