I've always loved this logic. If you're gonna be critical of the country, you're not wanted, because we don't need people who are unappreciative of living in the "greating country in the world". Ask the same person what makes this country great, and the response will be, "because of our freedoms". For instance, my freedom to criticize my own country without being asked to shut up or leave?
By the way, what exactly are the standards for being the "greatest country in the world"? Technological advancements? Oh shit, Japan has us beat. Lack of poverty? Oh fuck, lost to about 20 different countries. Safety and security? Damn it... Education? FUCK! World domination? Oh yeah, that's the one. Whew, I almost started to doubt my own greatness!
