Once your body gets used to it regularly you will get very little delayed onset muscle soreness. Legs though is the one place I still get it sometimes, after a heavy calf workout especially. Some of you guys sound more like oxen than men with those huge leg press and squat numbers, he he. Most I ever tried for several reps on the leg press was eight plates and the sled I think is 75 pounds at my gym, so about 435 lbs. I'm only 150 lbs mind you so that is a bit of a struggle.
