We have members that have been with us over a year...actually quite a few of them, and they still email all the time and visit our live shows etc. on the average most of our customers rebill and we have almost a non existant charge back number, something like 15 in the last year. But, we work very hard to retain or members and try to give them a lot for the money they spend with us. We also provide support and will willing refund if a user has problems, funny thing is because of it we see a lot of those people return after they have fixed the issue with there computer or whatever and become regular rebillers
