everyday 15-20 minutes nap in the afternoon.. my prob is I can't nap longer even if I want to.. can't sleep past 9 a.m. even if i go to bed at 6 a.m. so i try never to go to bed past 1 a.m. unless I am jetlagged in which case no schedules work whatsoever.. my sleep/wake times get all fucked up!
