This is true and I totally agree.

Anyone with a merchant/3rd party knows the risks involved in taking cards online and understands that chargebacks happen.

I think we can all agree that the huge financial benefits from accepting cards online far outweighs (99 to 1 at least!) the bad apples out there.

Now imagine if we *ALL* spent 5% of our income fighting idiot surfer chargebacks to the point that the industry average was under 0.01% - now you can see the long term benefits of that extra 0.99% on your bottom line, every week of every month of every year - forever!
