I run a toon site and although I don't know the answer to your questions i've ALWAYS steared clear of any questionable content...
Unforutnately a lot of that hentai stuff has those type of r4pe themes which is just fuckkkked IMO
I keep all my toon shit to the 'good clean cut spanky' stuff....
There's loads of other themes to represent in your toon section or site without having to use that crap...
If you gotta ask the question, you might as well stear clear of it is my thinking....
