I personally would recommend getting a few of those domains and a copy of ABP and just start blogging them out.
Get feeds from sponsors in that niche or closely related, mix in your own original content, use the rewriter feature and the relinker feature to rid yourself of dupe content, make sure you use the shit outta slt tags and just make sure your linking structures are conducive to the keywords.
Give it some time and stay consistent and you'll see results.
Just a thought.
