hahahah... like I have always been told the cops can do what ever the fuck they want... it's up to the judge to either convict or aquit you... there is no such thing as entrapment when it comes to drugs, hookers, ect ect.... if that were the case then dateline NBC would be sued all day long for the hit show "to catch a predator" see the difference is.. these criminals would have commeted the crime weather a cop was there or not... entrapment wouldbe "tricked into commeting a crime" then charged with it... BIG difference... there are some laws out there that cops have to follow.. a good example is a "sting officer" (ie) underage officer buying cigs at the store when asked his age must tell it.. they can;t lie about age thats illlegal.. IE if the kid doing the sting for the cops is asked for ID and says he don't have none then clerk asks how old he has to say 16 he can;t lie about it....
