I'm interested to know how the Rapex creators plan to stop vindictive women from using it irresponsibly, and furthermore, how long it will be until they garner their first lawsuit. Unfortunately, the FAQ page on their website seems to be blank (rapestop.net).

I might be speculating a bit here, but I'd imagine that a man who is already in a frenzy that suddenly finds a horribly painful device on his member will quite literally beat his victim to death in a horrible rage.

I can see lawsuits coming from these two angles: from either a man who suffers injury from the device when not raping a woman, or from the family of a deceased rape victim who might not have otherwise been killed.
