Is anyone using "Kimili Flash Embed" plugin to embed flash videos into blog posts?

It works fine for me but I cant prevent videos to play automatically when page is loaded. This is the code I am using:

[kml_flashembed movie="http://mydomain.com/file.swf" height="230" width="320" fvars="play=false" /]

Are there any alternative plugins for Wordpress to embed flash videos??
