Currently we are looking for a Director of Operations, preferably based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate to LA.

The candidate should be experienced in all facets of operating an adult business with a community presence, ranging from marketing, IT development, content and traffic management and strategic planning.

The candidate must be able to be blunt without being offensive, and be receptive to ideas and suggestions, not only from our internal team, but also from partners and customers. (In other words - -don't be a know it all)

The candidate should have a strong backbone of relationships in the adult industry, as a testament to their reputation and to their ability to conduct themselves in a professional and trusting manner.
