Nothing is wrong with doing porn. He didn't say there was anything wrong with doing porn. What he said whas that it is wrong to try to convince someone or persuade them or otherwise talk them into doing porn. If someone isn't 100% willing and ready to make the commitment that's one thing, but I long ago came to know that convincing someone often leads to trouble.
Real recruiters, the professional ones anyway, don't have to convince anyone or talk anyone into anything. They know that they hold the cookie, and if the person wants the cookie bad enough they give it to them. If not there are plenty out there who do want it.
Don't convince.
You'll save yourselves a ton of headaches, trust me.
