Now that we got that out of the way, it is a varation the the iframe toolbar scum scripts out there, this one slightly more directly installs a shell and the proceeds to download and overwhleming amount of crap onto you system, likely turning it into a zombie for botnets (spam and other stuff).
This is obviously another server (or social) hack, as this code has been tacked on in the standard location at the bottom of the page.
