I don't doubt you read it, but I disagree that implant surgery is tax-deductible. Elective surgery such as breast augmentation is not (nor do I think it should be) tax-deductible.
BTW, another vote for the real bewbies.
When a girl with big fake tits walks by in clothes it may turn my head, but when I seem them unclothed and looking unnatural, I turn away.
Still, being in the business we are in, I shoot them all the time, and do my best to make them look as good as possible (removing scars, ripples, etc).
