Well, obviously I wouldn't post material where I was in doubt of the age.
The question I'm asking is if you guys know of any legal precedence where webcam-videos, home-videos, etc. was in question. I'm thinking of sites like youramateurporn.com xxxmsncam.com et. al who use this kind of material and also put their logo on the material.
Do you know of any legal troubles with doing this?
