Sometimes it helps to vent. It's pointless to vent if no one's hearing you. Of course, as the photographer, you have to be the one to lay down the law and run the show. As the webmaster, sometimes you have to be the hardass. Like any job, it has to all be done right or things go south. Quite often, people don't understand the level of work we have to do, and do indeed think that all it takes is for someone to spread their legs and the money will come rolling in. If it were that easy, I'd be a billionaire by now...
Personally, I'm too much of a control freak to ever allow a partnership with a model. I gotta be the one in charge, I won't have it any other way. If she was to work with me, it sounds like she's the kind of person who'd get pissed off early and bail because I call the shots at all times. Of course, I don't know her so I can only comment on what's been posted here in this thread...she could be a wonderful person working with me, completely opposite of how she worked with "allasianmodels". People often forget that the chemistry between two people is just as important in business as it is in a personal relationship, and just because you don't work well with someone doesn't mean that they won't work well with someone else.
