Another vote for 1 id required, nowhere does it say keep 2. Specifically says 1.
as far as having a 2nd or 3rd forms, the more the merrier. Just keep them seperate and not with what they want.
What's everyones opinion on any signed documents by the models? Like the "Compliamce Form" on the FSC website.
Nowhere in 2257's text do you read that anything like that is to be kept for inspection.
The only phyisical things that I see are the following:
A list with their legal name and DOB that you OBTAINED from their ID.
A copy of that ID
A copy of the content.
A list of where the content is published.
A list of all the models names used, aliases, maiden etc etc....
(If you are a secondary producer add the primary producers name and street address to the above list.)
