He can be Edwards VP. Make sure the the dems get NM 5 electoral votes that Kerry couldn't get. Maybe get AZ for the dem if McCain isn't on the GOP ticket. Also his backwetness can maybe grab Florida for the dems. Bush only won by 300,000 in 2004 and part of that was because hispanics liked Bush for some strange reason. You can't say that any GOP nominee has an inroad with hispanics. So more hispanic would vote DEM anyways in 2008 and adding Richardson would get even more to vote dem. Might be just enough to make up the difference.
