The article isn't all fact though...they fail to mention that some of those wrestlers only took them during rehab periods and not while they were competing.
Many, many doctors prescripe their patients one type of steriods or another to speed recovery during physical rehab from injuries.
Also since the "WWE Wellness" policy went into effect not too long ago, you have noticed some 'bigger' wrestlers look a lot smaller, example Chris Masters. One episode even had an inside joke at his expense when Triple H walked up to him backstage and said 'hey Chris you look smaller, are you forgetting to take your 'vitamins' lately' (or something like that).
Anyone failing the random testing so far have been demoted, de-pushed, suspended or released. Theer have been quite a few guys too.
However, no main-event guy is going to get the same punishment so it's not really enforced 100%. They don't get pulled from TV but simply get suspended from tours and not paid instead.
