Sure he might get a light sentance , but his days as a judge are over. any ideas he had of moving up in the ladder just halted.. no more supreme court etc..

Yeah you're right, he probably won't make the Supreme Court now.
It's sad that anyone would lose their job over smoking a little pot on their own personal time, but I guess it probably does happen. Never to anyone I know personally though.
