Rupublicans are bashing the Dems that were talking about cutting off funding for Iraq and said it's the President not Congress that should be running military operations, yet in the 90's the republicans cut off all funding for military operation in Kosovo and Bosnia, and essentially forced Clinton to remove troops from there. What a bunch of HYPOCRITES.
