Just an update. I used the trick from this article
http://www.networkworld.com/community/?q=node/12531 last week and today my domains from Registerfly are starting to show up in my Moniker account. So as far as I can tell this trick works. After I pushed the domains to my new registerly account it allowed me to unlock them. After I unlocked them I went to my whois information for each domain and it had the auth code at the bottom. I had domains from when they were an Enom reseller and I had registered some with them after they were accredited. They're all transfering out fine.
