Why all the bullshit when someone leaves a company. We all know the majority of the time they either got fired because they didn't do their job or the company isn't doing well and laid them off, or they couldn't get along with the owner/management. When a person gets hired they say the company they are working for is the BEST!! and the company says that person is the BEST, in most cases a couple months later the person is moving on to something even Bigger and Better! and the company is hiring a new BEST! person.

So the real question is with the high number of people leaving, is it just a coincidence or is a lot of companies doing layoffs ? |
Sorry chief, but it's got nothing to do with this industry, or GFY.
When I worked in telco (Ameritech/SBC/TDS) for the better part of a decade, the press releases or announcements when the higher ups left were always similar with the 'bigger better things', along with wishing them well.
Same type stuff as they are in this business.
