I have a domain that attracts about 12k targeted adult visitors each month, most of them from Japan. I signed up with a sponsor but they only count about
10% of the traffic, which happens to be the approximate percentage of traffic coming from the US. Zero conversions so far.

Questions: Which sponsor counts Japanese visitors and pays for Japanese sign-ups?

What kind of content converts best for Japanese visitors? I read somewhere that black works best (much better than Asian, Hentai etc.) but your expert opinions are always welcome.
