The whole banning of Satelite TV stuff from the states is because the Satelite TV companies in Canada were bitching because of loosing sales (because they can't offer much/very good programming), which is why everyone would buy US Satelites..
Also, TV stations are required to show a % of Canadian programing, and through US satelite we'd get none. Meh.
