i was informed they are resellers for a company called adengage, handling the adult traffic.. i wrote a threat a few days about the poorness of their backend interface as well.
as for their customer service, it has been good for me so far. i have been working with a woman named Carol, who has been decently timely in response with answers to my question.
the CPM option they have is pretty nice.
