This is the best part... their support left a ticket replying that they would be happy to modify my previously running scripts to accomodate my limited permissions on my space for a price!
Its funny how webair never takes responsibility for their mistakes and blame always gets pointed back to the person reporting an error in their system
so far.. i've hopped thru a few hosting companies.. servage, accuburst,... i guess webair is soon going to be added into that list
