So yeah. All I can say is....diet. exercise. weight training. You do all three..and keep up with it...you'll get results. I've never been happier.

I personally have watched the change that you have acomplished.
Let me be the first to say that you should be supremely proud of yourself. Not just for the fact that you made a goal and busted your ass to reach it, but you are still the same sweet amazing lady that you were before. The confidence you show is very noticable, but that has been earned.
