Scottsdale, AZ (March 16, 2007) - WTMS Inc., the owner of the Max Cash affiliate program, announced the hiring of Jeff Kilbride as VP of Technical Operations. Mr. Kilbride brings with him over a decade of internet experience and was a founding partner and technology lead of Paycom Billing Services, Inc.

"We are lucky to have someone of Jeff's background and experience and know he will bring innovation to our company and will be a great asset to our technical team as we move forward in 2007", said Alyssa Smythe, VP of Operations of WTMS, Inc.
