That's great that you can do all the stuff you do without an employee, but just because you can doesn't mean everyone can. Before I pawned off a few of my sites I had way too much work to do so I hired an employee to help take some of the workload off of me. Worked great! Some of us shoot our own content, edit our own photos and videos, and design our own sites. It's easy to get behind sometimes and an employee can definitely help.

I've even thought about hiring an affiliate manager since doing everything else myself can be just too time consuming.
