well ok having read this through, i may have been a bit out of line and the day and age we live in now where people expect so much and if the tinyiest thing goes wrong they go whining off, then maybe it needs to be done so well.

But how many big big events are there? when so many are taking the subject up and down the country?
therefor it cant just be the big events like the music festivals in reading, but the small ones, which really do not need someone with a degree.
