It takes two VERY mature people to be "friends with privledges." If you think that both of you can handle it...then hell go for it. Otherwise it WILL dampen if not dissolve the relationship.
Also, YOU may just be "making out." However, your friend started things off, and I'm sure she's got more in mind.
