Yeah, I'm also fucked up.
Basically, you have to suffer and don't go to sleep. When you think you're going to give in, you have to get out of being still. Get up, do the dishes, go outside.
Do something, otherwise you're screwed.
Another effective way to get back on track is to get seriously hammered in the afternoon and go to bed at around 10:00 pm.
