Help, my sleeping schedule is all messed up
It's 6:22 am and I'm still fully awake. My schedule is so screwed, I slept at like 11 in the MORNING yesterday, and woke up at 7pm at NIGHT. How do I get back on track?
I'm too weak to just not go to sleep and try and stay up all day so I can get back on track. My body just gives up and I end up falling asleep anyways when I try and do this. I hope someone knows what I mean... I mean when I try and pull an "all-nighter" although it's not technically an "all-nighter" since it's daytime. I mean not sleeping in order for my schedule to get back on track again....
